Questions owners ask

Can you let and manage the apartment for me?

Yes. Tenant placement, rent collection, maintenance and reporting can all be handled for you, on site, with a clear statement wherever you are.

When can the apartment be let?

Grand Mirage is complete, so an apartment bought here can be let from the month it is handed over.

What does it cost, and what does it let for?

Prices and rents vary by residence type, floor and view. Tell us the budget and the holding period you have in mind and we will set out what is available and what comparable apartments currently let for. We do not publish projected yields.

What will I pay as an owner?

The service charge, the management fee for letting and any works your apartment needs between tenants. Ask us for the current figures for the residence you are considering.

I live abroad. Can I buy without travelling?

Yes. We arrange a live video viewing of the actual apartment, and most of the process can be completed remotely. A family member or your lawyer is welcome to visit on your behalf.

How can I pay?

In full with the keys straight away, 50% with the balance over 24 months and the keys after full payment, or through a bank mortgage.
