Questions buyers ask
How does the purchase work?
Viewing, choice of residence, reservation agreement and payment, sale agreement, balance (in full, over the payment plan or through your bank) and handover. We then give you the Deed of Assignment and the consent letters, which you use to register the property and obtain your title. Every step is set out in writing before anything is signed.
What are the prices?
Prices vary by residence type, floor and view. Our sales team will share current prices and availability with you.
What is included in the apartment?
A fully fitted kitchen with first-quality appliances, first-quality finishes, large windows, a parking space and access to every amenity. Furnishing is a separate conversation: ask our team about furnished options for the residence you have in mind.
I live abroad. How can I see the apartment?
We arrange a live video viewing of the actual apartment with a member of our team, and send you the floor plan, the catalogue and photographs of the residence. A family member or your lawyer is welcome to visit on your behalf.
Can I complete the purchase from abroad?
Yes. Our team handles the documentation and most of the process can be completed remotely, with a family member or your lawyer in Accra where a signature or a visit is needed. We will set out exactly what applies in your case.
Can you let and manage the apartment for me?
Yes. Tenant placement, rent collection, maintenance and reporting can all be handled for you, on site, with a clear statement wherever you are.
Does the apartment come with parking?
Yes. Grand Mirage has parking for residents on two underground levels, with 24-hour security and controlled access.
