Which apartments are available to rent?

Studios, one, two and three-bedroom apartments. Penthouses are for sale only. Availability changes, so tell us the layout and the move-in date you have in mind and our leasing team will send you what is available.

How much is the rent?

Rates vary by apartment type, floor and view. Our leasing team will share current rates with the apartments that match what you are looking for.

How long is a lease?

Grand Mirage is a long-term residence rather than a short-stay address. The leasing team confirms the minimum term and the options that apply to the apartment you choose.

Are the apartments furnished?

Every apartment has a fully fitted kitchen with appliances. Furnished and unfurnished options are confirmed per apartment by the leasing team.

What does the building include?

Concierge and security around the clock, technical maintenance, underground parking, a standby generator and the building’s own water reservoir, and more than 5,000 m² of shared spaces: pools, a fitness centre, a yoga studio, a sports court, a business lounge and gardens.

Can my company rent apartments for its staff?

Yes. Companies, embassies and organisations house their people at Grand Mirage. Tell us how many apartments you need, for how long and from when, and our team will put a proposal together.

Can I see the apartment before I decide?

Yes. Grand Mirage is complete, so you view the finished apartment you would live in, in person or by live video call if you are outside Ghana.
