Grand Mirage is finished. Construction on the two 16-storey towers at B35 Agostinho Neto Road, in Airport Residential, is complete and apartments are ready to move into.

For most of the last few years, anyone considering Grand Mirage was looking at drawings, renderings and a construction timeline. That part is over. The building stands, the apartments are fitted, and the amenity floors are open.

What that changes for a buyer

An off-plan purchase asks you to trust a promise: a delivery date, a specification sheet, a photograph of another project by the same developer. A completed building asks nothing of the sort. You can walk the corridor, open the kitchen cupboards, stand on the balcony and look at the view you would actually have, and see how the common areas are being maintained — not how they were drawn.

It also removes the two risks that matter most in Accra: the project not finishing, and finishing later or differently than promised.

What is on site

More than 5,000 m² of shared space across the two towers: swimming pool and kids’ pool, fitness centre, yoga and pilates studio, a multi-purpose sports area for football, tennis, volleyball, basketball and badminton, an on-site supermarket, pharmacy, hairdresser and fast food shop, a grand lobby, and two floors of underground parking.

Services run around the clock — concierge, security, technical and housekeeping teams, surveillance, a standby generator and a water reservoir. The building is managed by Yagmur Ghana Limited, the developer, rather than handed over to an outside manager.

Apartments available now

Studios, one, two and three-bedroom apartments, duplex lofts and VIP penthouses, for sale and to rent. Sizes start at approximately 35 m² gross for a studio and run to more than 700 m² for the largest penthouse. We have published the full size breakdown for every apartment type.
